The City of Fairhope will honor its military veterans with a Memorial Day Program and Baldwin Pops Concert on Monday, May 29th. The program will begin at 5:15 p.m. at the Fairhope Civic Center. The program will include: a moment of silence, prayer for deceased veterans, folding of the flag, and taps.The Baldwin Pops Band Memorial Day Concert will begin at 6:30 p.m. at the Fairhope Civic Center. The Pensacola Civic Band and the City of Pensacola invite you to honor our fallen heroes who gave their lives for our freedom at the 2nd Annual Pensacola Memorial Day concert at the Hunter Amphitheater. The highlight of the concert will be 99 year old Pearl Harbor Survivor, Frank Emond as he tells of his account and conducts the band in Sousa’s Stars and Stripes Forever. In addition, Pearl Harbor survivor Cass Phillips will also tell his story and recount his experiences.  CLICK HERE
