So what do you do if someone in the workplace has chronic body odor and co-workers are complaining?
This woman notified her supervisor of the complaints, then bought air fresheners for the office. Other workers followed suit, causing the worker with the odor issue to complain about a "hostile work environment".
And they fired the woman who bought the air fresheners.
She's taking the whole stinkin' mess to court....
I'd like to know more about the supervisor she reported the complaints to... shouldn't that person have taken action?
And does chronic body odor create its own hostile work environment?
