If you've been thinking about getting a new pet -- a new family member -- then make the decision to adopt this Saturday at an annual one-day event called Clear The Shelters. Most shelters in our area (and hundreds more across the country) will dramatically reduce or waive fees for adoption in an effort to find homes for thousands of adoptable dogs and cats. Since 2015, the Clear the Shelters event has helped more than 153,000 sweet dogs and cats find their forever home.
