Alabama K-12 Schools Closing In Response To Coronavirus

Alabama Governor Kay Ivey has declared a state of emergency in Alabama because of COVID-19.

All public schools in the state will have a 2.5 week break beginning March 18. Schools will close at the end of the day on March 18.

April 6 is the target date for re-opening, if conditions permit.
